Oops, forgot to mention that anyone who has signed up for the Street Walkers and hasn’t heard from me yet, I have been out of town and will be emailing and sending the yahoo group for the Street Team invites out sometime today. You have not been forgotten!

Congratulations Michele! It took me a few to find this one, after winning the second one here. I haven’t read them yet…sorry Heidi, but I really need to have the three of them. So, I am timing it so that I can start reading them close to the release of the third book. There is a method to my madness. Once, I get “hooked” pun totally intended, in this world of Heidi’s I want to stay there as long as possible. It is worth the wait too, I hear.

    Peace and love,
    Paula R.

congrats Michele! It is such a great story!!
and Happy Sunday! glad to see ya made it back Laura J….let the torture begin…..LOLOL

Paula~ We shall forgive you this time because, as you said, there’s a method to your madness. And lord knows I’ve got enough “mad methods” of my own. But we’ll want a full report of what you think of the Chicks once you do sit down & read all three books right in a row.

But for anyone waiting to hear from Laura about the Street Walkers…she says she’ll get in touch with you today, but don’t hold your breath… There’s a Psych marathon on USA & I suspect she’ll be a little busy drooling until that’s over. After that, tho, I’m sure she’ll be in touch.

Note: This is my favorite Psych quote, as well as a great joke for the knitting trilogy:

“Looks like he’s on the lam.”
“If he’s on a lamb, he won’t get far. Alpaca, different story—those things really fly.”

  6. Hollie says:

oh yeah..almost forgot…Mr. Heidi is in the usa weekend newspaper insert today!! Nice article!!

  7. Heidi says:

Oh, man, I don’t get the Sunday paper! May have to bundle up & go out to find me one of those inserts, tho. Dwayne is worth it, right?

  8. Maisey says:

    LOLOlOL…alpaca…

  9. Paula R. says:

Heidi, never fear! I will let you know what I think of the “Chicks.” I know far more about them than I would normally like before reading a book, but that’s okay. I can’t wait to get into these stories. I still have time. I just might start one soon, and drag it out. Depends on what strikes me.

    Peace and love,
    Paula R.

Okay—I think I only have one more email to catch up on. It’s been a great response. If anyone is still thinking they wanna be a Street Walker (of the book promotion type) we are still taking names. See Thursday’s post for information.

(and btw: I was not drooling over Shawn–oldest son neglected to mention there was a Psych marathon on today….I was however spending the day with Mr. Sexy Saturday again. On the beach. Relaxing. )

Haven’t watched Psych but I’ve been putting my Christmas gifts to good use [Star Trek and season 1 of Castle...sigh].
