cute or scary? you be the judge
These are my new slippers...giant gorilla heads.Half the time I look at them & think they're adorable. (That would be why I bought them, after all.) But the other half, I look at them & get a little creeped out. I mistake them for my black cat, Nicholas, & once I turned around, saw them lying on a chair, & jumped because I didn't know what they were. :-P
I haven't actually worn them much yet, either, because it's been so warm & these are more winter slippers. But my foot goes straight into the gorillas' mouths, which is also kind of creepy. When I put them on, it basically looks like a monkey is eating me from the bottom up. LOL
So what do you think? Did I make a smart decision by buying a pair of cute, unique slippers that will keep my footsies warm in the winter? Or did I make a huge mistake by buying a pair of slippers that are going to look weird & scare small children & animals? *vbg*
