some days you're the windshield, some days you're the bug
Today, I'm working very hard at not becoming bug splatter. *vbg*Still dealing with my revisions, which is why I haven't been--& probably won't be--very chatty.
I really have to get them finished & in the mail (tomorrow morning is my goal!), but after that, I'll catch you up on my birthday weekend. (So much fun...wait till you hear what happened!)
But to make up for the fact that I'm a real dud at the moment, I'm going to post another prize that's up for grabs.
This time, it's a copy of Eileen Wilks's Tempting Danger.
I haven't actually read this one myself yet, but I did read the connected novella a while back in the Lover Beware anthology & liked it. I don't know if this book comes before or after that story, but I do believe it follows the same characters, which is interesting.I'm flitting off again, eager to finish these revisions by tomorrow morning--that's my goal, anyway--& avoid all windshields flying at me at 65mph. :-P
