happy memorial day!
Another holiday already. Boy, once the snow melts, they really start to roll in, don't they? *g*But since I spent too much time this past weekend running around, I get to work thru Memorial Day. Thankfully, there's a Law & Order: Criminal Intent marathon on--yes, again--which is good TV to play in the background while I write. :-)
Saturday, we did go to see Over the Hedge, & it was cute. I loved little Hamilton, the hyperactive squirrel. But then, I love squirrels in general. A few things that happened during the movie were a bit over the top for my tastes, but it was funny & good for kids. I also love that kind of animated film, where you try to figure out whose voice is being used for which characters. Sometimes they're easy to identify, other times not so much.
Then last night, how could I resist watching both X-Men & X-Men 2: X-Men United when they played right in a row on FX? Lord, I'm going to have to watch them both about two million times to erase the horror of X3 from my brain. :-P
All right, there's no rest for the weary. :-) I'm off to write, write, write.
