SEVEN-YEAR SEDUCTION has been sighted!

So...how's the weather where you are? Here in Central PA, we got a bit of snow--maybe 2-3 inches--but nothing even close to what I hear other parts of the East Coast are dealing with. Cities like New York, Boston, & Philadelphia are apparently trying to dig out from under 26+ inches. Holy cow! I hope I don't need to talk to my agent or editor today because they may not even be able to get to their offices for a day or two.

On another--warmer :-)--note, I've been waiting rather impatiently for SEVEN-YEAR SEDUCTION to start showing up, & apparently it has. This first sighting came from a Wal-Mart in Texas, so I'm guessing it's only a matter of time before Connor & Beth pop up everywhere. Whoo-hoo! I hope you'll all keep your eyes peeled, pick up a copy, & maybe let me know when you spot the book in stores near you.

Aside from that, I now have a direct link that will take you to the Q&A I'm doing all this week at eHarlequin.com: http://community.eharlequin.com/webx?50@@4a836fed. Or if you're using the instructions I posted the other day, find the Silhouette Series page, then scroll down until you see a list of discussions. Near the top of that list will be a folder marked "Q&A" & right below that will be a link to "The Care & Feeding of Editors: Learning to Communicate."

I also got a sneak peek at the cover of my May Silhouette Desire, MR. AND MISTRESS, but I can't seem to get it to post here, so I'll have to share that with you later. :-( However, I did discover that the cover for the Spanish language edition of WHEN THE LIGHTS GO DOWN is now up at BN.com & Amazon. Cool. And that I do think I can get to post. :-) I really like it. I pretty much envision Ethan & Gwen looking just like this; so much so that this could even have been the original cover & I wouldn't have complained.

In other news, I finished Ready or Not by Meg Cabot Saturday night & am about halfway through Once Upon a Pillow by Christina Dodd & Connie Brockway. But I'm still at the very beginning of No Escape by Heather Lowell. I have a feeling that one is going to take me a while; it's thick & it's a romantic suspense, so it will require a bit of concentration.

And last but not least, there will be a Desire Authors chat at www.Writerspace.com tomorrow (Tuesday, February 14, 2006) at 9pm EST. A Valentine's Day treat! All of the Desire authors with books out this month are invited, & I'm certainly planning to be there, so I hope you'll drop by. When you get to the main Writerspace page, simply click on the "Chat Rooms" button at the top & then on the appropriate link on that page & it will take you to the chat room. See you there!
