the search for a new title
Got a note from my editor today that I need to come up with a new title for my September 2006 Desire. We had been calling it THE SECOND MRS. RAMSEY, but I guess there are going to be a couple other books out around the same time with "numbers" in their titles.I'm disappointed because I really did love that title, but that's okay--I'm sure we'll come up with something equally good. She suggested BEDDED THEN WED, which I like. Then I sent her a list of some I'd been keeping track of, just in case. Of those, I think my favorites would probably be THE TAMING OF MITCH RAMSEY, A HARD MAN TO LOVE/TAME, & MARRIED IN PROTEST. But there were a few others on there that she might like more.
We'll see. If I can't have my first choice, then I'm open to just about anything.
