Firefly on Sci-fi
How excited am I?!? I just read in the TV Guide that the Sci-Fi Channel will be playing all fourteen episodes of FIREFLY starting July 22nd. Yay! This show is the best, hands-down. And even tho I own the series on DVD, I still have this overwhelming urge to set the VCR & record them all over again. How strange is that?
But I'm still going to watch as many of them as possible. I'm a little worried I'll be away at the RWA Conference during some of them, but I guess I'll just have to deal with it. Hopefully they'll repeat. And when I get home, I can always watch the discs...like I did just a couple weeks ago.
Too bad Sci-Fi didn't pick up the series as soon as Fox cancelled it so they could keep it going. It would have been fabulous. And I already ordered the "Serenity" comic book at my local bookstore...it was supposed to be released last week, but I haven't picked it up yet. It's an arc between the series & the movie, which is being released in September. I can't wait to see that, either...then buy it the first day it comes out on DVD. :-D
