Ironically, one of their best-known songs--"Hotel California"--isn't one of my favorites. I like it well enough, I just don't love it as much as some of their other tunes.
All right, enough rattling on about The Eagles. We love them, they're amazing, 'nuff said. Now I'd better get to work while the day is still young.
I walked on the treadmill this morning, then just hopped out of the shower. And I must have music playing while I bathe, so I listened to The Eagles. Did you see their live concert special on NBC not too long ago? Ever since, I've been listening to them every chance I get. They're fabulous. With each song, I think, "This is my favorite!"...until the next one plays, then I think maybe that one is my favorite. It's too hard to choose. I've got "Take it Easy" strumming thru my head right now, but I also love "Desperado," "Take it to the Limit," "Heartache Tonight," "New Kid in Town"...oh, heck, all of them.
